Straight On Till Morning: Every Day In May!

Yesterday I posted a list of things to do today, let's see how I did:

* Sleep in!- Until 3! Check!

* Go hang out at the lake for a while- it was a kind of overcast day, so I skipped that part

*return movies to Blockbuster- mom was going to Branson, so she did that for me

* See Star Wars Ep. III- Decided to wait until Tuesday instead, but I rewatched Ep. II, to refresh my memory. (I forgot how cool Yoda fighting with a lightsaber is!)

I can't believe that I forgot to tell you about the tragedy that is my shoes! Remember how a while back, I posted about the shoes that I was obsessed with? Well about a week ago, I found them on e-bay for $15! After over a year of watching e-bay for a pair, I finally find one! They were a 9.5, which I was hoping would fit, since I usually wear either that or a 10, so I won them, and they came on Saturday...but they don't fit :( They're brand new $160 shoes, so I shouldn't have trouble making my money back, but I am just hoping that someone invents a foot shrinking machine, because they are so pretty!

I seem to have dislocated my shoulder in my sleep last night, and oww! I should probably go to the chiropractor in the morning to get it popped back in, but I doubt I'll get up early enough, since I'm supposed to work an hour early. I wish my limbs would stay where they belong for once!

I keep promising the cute kitten story in the sidebar, so here ya go! A few days ago, I was taking the cats upstairs to feed them breakfast, and as they walked through the kitchen, they spotted this little stuffed wildcat toy that mom had bought them, and went from walking along normally to jumping about two feet straight up and sideways with a "holy shit, what is THAT?" expression. As if that wasn't funny enough, they then both s-l-o-w-l-y snuck up on it, millimeters at a time, and then did that cute thing where they bat it with their paw to make sure it's alive. TOO cute!

So, that was my day off. No lake, and no Star Wars, but nice and lazy.
