Straight On Till Morning: Every Day In May!

Another short one- "Not that size matters!" to quote my friend Todd.

I worked my first full 8 hour day at the hotel today, and it went by surprisingly fast! I am getting to know the layout of the hotel, so it's easier for me to give people directions, and I've mostly picked up all the computer stuff. Plus, I'm off tomorrow (YAY!) The only downside I've found to work so far is that we can't use the internet :( That would make the time go by SO much faster! Maybe if I get a laptop? (They quit having the front desk computers hooked up to the internet because they kept ending up with viruses and lots of lag, so I could probably use it if I brought my own computer, right?) Until then, I'm stuck with books, crosswords, and tv.

I am so wishing that I had a credit card now. There is sooo much stuff I want to buy, mostly music and dvd's from Amazon, but I am super broke, and don't get paid till June 7! (I am going to MISS getting paid whenever I feel like it!) Oh, ability to get myself into debt, how I miss you! (Good thing I still have my Best Buy credit card and clothes store ones, so I'm not totally without shopping abilities)

Must sleep! Although I am off tomorrow, I have dance in the morning, and then good tv at night! With some minimal shopping in between- I need to find at least 1 more pair of pants that I can wear to work, and maybe a top or two.
